BROCHURE / ITINERARY ACCURACY / PROMOTION

All the information given in the brochure / itinerary is based on the information available at the time of publication. We reserve the right to change any brochure /itinerary information before or after bookingof the tour due to any circumstances/ fairs/ exhibitions / sightseeing maintenance work/ other factors which are beyond our control. In case of any changes known to us, prior to your confirmation of the booking, the same will be informed to you; otherwise our INFINITY TOURS executive will notify you at thetime of confirmation/ booking. We reserve the right to change / amend the departure date or cancel a departure date due to lack of enough number of passengers and will not take any responsibility for any tickets of Guests which they may have purchased in advance for sector within India or abroad.. 

 

ON TOUR

 Guests are responsible for the adherence to time during all stages of the tour. If a Guest misses on any part of the sightseeing tour or any such tour due to delay on their part, they will not be entitled to claim refund of the same. The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, baggage loss, injury, accident, death, breakdown, or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expense must be borne by the Guest. We reserve the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in schedules of train, airplane, bus, ship or other services. The terms& conditions on the final tour broucher / itinerary shall override the brochure/itinerary to the extent that it is contradictory or conflicting thereto. 

 

MEALS & SPECIAL REQUESTS

 All menus during the tour are pre- set menus. In case of any special meal / diet requirements, we shall try our best to accommodate the same. Special requests if any have to reach us in writing. However, we cannot guarantee a special meal / special diet to a Guest. Guest must strictly adhere to meal timings mentioned in the final brochure. The company also reserves the right to change any timings in case of any circumstances beyond our control. I case any guest misses their morning breakfast at the hotel or any lunch or dinner while on tour, the company will not be liable for the same. Guest cannot claim any refund for any meal not consumed. 

 

ACCOMMODATION 

Hotels selected for the tour are convenient and comfortable as per the tour itinerary. Hence sometime, the accommodation maybe at hotels which are situated further away from the city. Due to some trade fairs or conventions or conferences, some hotels maybe be booked more than 2 yrs in advance, due to which we might have to opt for hotels in the outskirts of the city. Triple rooms are no larger than twin rooms. Since the room size standards are smaller, we do not recommend more than 3 persons per room for your comfort. All hotels have respective polices, which Guests must adhere too. All baggage and personal belongings are the Guest’s responsibility at all times. INFINITY TOURS is not responsible for any sudden disruption / disorder of telephone, internet services, and other amenities while staying at the hotels. Facilities like mini bar, pay television channels, telephone etc are not inclusive in the package cost, if any Guest desires to sue any of these facilities, they should make direct payment for the same. Standard check in time is 1400 – 1500 hrs and check out time is 1100 – 1200 hrs. Early check in / out isnot part of package. 

 

AIRLINES 

Each airline has different policies they follow. INFINITY TOURS will not be liable for any loss of baggage by any airlines or failure to provide meals on board. Meals provided by airlines are as per airline standards,INFINITY TOURS is not liable for the same. Meal requirement is any has to be communicated in writing with the company and we at INFINITY TOURS will share the same with the airlines. However, if due to anyreason the airlines do not follow the meal requirement request, INFINITY TOURS is not liable for the same. If a Guest misses any flight or any such negligence on the part of Guest, change of routing/ schedule charges are to be borne by the Guest. In the event that any Guest is not allowed by the airline to board an aircraft, INFINITY TOURS is not liable for the same. Airport taxes / Airport Development Fee as applicable to be paid over & above the Tour Cost should there be a rise post the printing of the brochure. All the booking / cancellation / change of the airline ticket and the travel on such airline ticketwill be subject to the terms and conditions of respective Airlines and the same has to be claimed from Airline.

 

LOSS / DAMAGE 

INFINITY TOURS is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings/ passport during stay in the hotel or while on tour. INFINITY TOURS is not liable for loss of passport. Due to theft or loss of baggage, tour passenger can lodge a complaint with the local authorities / police station, on his/her sole discretion, cost, risk and consequences. 

 

COACH / SITTING 

Air-conditioned/air-cool luxury coaches are part of the tour program / itinerary. However, in case of any extreme weather conditions, the same may not seem very effective. INFINITY TOURS will not be responsible for any defect in the coach or in the air-conditioner / air cooler or behavior of the driver or coach attendant. In some destination/ countries, the coaches come equipped with an emergency washroom, however this facility is not to be used in lieu of the rest rooms at our frequent comfort stops.If you are carrying any items of high value during tour travel in the coach, we advise you not to leave them behind when you leave the coach. INFINITY TOURS will not be responsible or liable in case of loss of such items from the coach. All baggage and personal belongings are at all times and in all circumstances the passenger’s responsibility. Any damages caused by the passengers to the coach during the tour, the same shall be payable by you/ passengers and INFINITY TOURS will not be liable for the same. The drivers are bound by specific rules, like maximum driving hours within a day and during a week, rest period per day / week etc. Guests will have to strictly adhere to the timetable for the day so that the driver can complete the travel, otherwise certain sightseeing schedules may be missed due to your actions / delays and the same will be non-refundable. It is mandatory for all passengers to ensure to maintain cleanliness of the coach. Drivers / coach companies will levy fine/ penalty in case the coach is littered which will have to be borne by all the passengers on board. 

 

ROOMING ON TOUR

 All guests will be required to show their photo Govt. id proof / Passport at the time of check in at all hotels. INFINITY TOURS will prepare the final rooming list details, upon taking all the Guests requirements/ feedback. Once on tour, any rooming changes will not be entertained. In case of any last minute / on tour changes required, Guest will pay the surcharge if any applicable.

 

 HEALTH AND INSURANCE

 It is the duty of the passenger to inform INFINITY TOURS, in case of any medical condition/ restrictions which may affect the passenger’s ability to enjoy the tour or differ in interest to the tour itinerary. The pace of certain tours cannot be amended / not suitable for all individuals. Therefore, we suggest that individuals choose tours as per their health conditions. INFINITY TOURS reserves the right to ask the Passengers to provide for health certificates in writing to certify medical fitness to travel on tour. In case the medical certificate is not provided, then INFINITY TOURS is not liable to provide any refund/ cancelation charges to the passenger. It is important for all passengers to obtain travel / health insurance prior to the tour departure date. Settlement of all claims will be entirely at the discretion of the insurance company.

 

ONDITIONS OF TRAVEL: 

  • • The Guest must strictly follow tour program / itinerary and return to India as per the tour Itinerary.
  •  • In case a passenger wants to discontinue tour due to personal reasons – no claim shall be entertained, or refund of unutilized services is not applicable 
    • • Even if a Guest is unable to reach the place of commencement of the tour due to any reason whatsoever including loss of baggage or loss of travel documents, his/ her booking shall be      treated as “no show” on the tour and 100% cancellation charges will be levied.

• INFINITY TOURS reserves the right to drop / remove / discard anyone from tour whose behaviour is likely to affect the smooth operation of the tour or adversely affect the enjoyment or safety of other Guests. INFINITY TOURS is not liable to any such person/ behaviour of any person. 

• The prices quoted in this brochure have been calculated at the rate prevailing at the time of printing of this brochure. INFINITY TOURS reserves the right to amend the prices published in thebrochure in case of currency fluctuations, changes in the various gross rates of exchange, and / or fuel costs, special/high season charge levied by the suppliers, hike in the airline/rail charges, unforeseen disasters before the date of departure and to surcharge accordingly. All such increases in price must be paid for in full before the Departure by the Guest.

 • Temperature, Distance, pre/post tour accommodation prices given in the Brochure are approximate & are subject to change. 

• In case itinerary includes and adventures activities / sports then it is important to note that all the Guests should enjoy such activity / ride at their own risk. Adventure activities might be risky at times especially for heart patients, expecting women, people with Blood Pressure etc. 

• The tour will be operated subject to a minimum of 25 full paying Guests traveling together. The services of INFINITY Manager will be provided with a group of minimum30 full paying

 

FORCE MAJEURE

 In the event of any natural calamity, war, riots the passengers will not hold INFINITY TOURSresponsible for cancellation /amendment / postponement of the tour.

 

 REFUND 

All the refunds will be processed in the form of A/c payee cheque/Bank Transfer/Future credit note option only. Credit note given must be utilized within the specified period of time and can’t be partially redeemable. If done so then the remaining amount will be forfeited.

 

 CANCELLATION

 All Guests / passengers travelling with INFINITY TOURS Holiday tour must be in possession of a valid passport with VISA. Guest shall personally ensure that VISA form(s) are dully filled & signed and verified by the passenger personally, to their own satisfaction; before it is submitted to the consulate / Embassy. However, kindly note that it is entirely up to the discretion of the Embassy/ Consulate/ Authorities to Grant or Reject the VISA even after submitting all the necessary relevant documents. INFINITY TOURS is not liable for such cases or has no influence on the consulate / embassy’s decision. The role of INFINITY TOURS is only to provide necessary guidance to the Guest for applying for VISA. INFINITY TOURS will not be responsible for non-issuance of VISA due to receipt of incomplete / delayed documents from the Guests. There is a possibility that the Consulate / Authorities may ask the passengers to appear for a personal interview. Expenses to reach the respective consulate / embassy are to be borne by the Guest. This is at the sole discretion of the Consulate / Authorities. If the required documents are not submitted by the Guest, the issuance of VISA will further be delayed / rejected, and the Guest will not hold INFINITY TOURS liable for the same. Guest should adhere to all the norms and conditions laid by the consulate / embassy Upon rejection of VISA, if the Guest wishes to reapply for the VISA, he / she is liable to pay again the requisite fee to the consulate and he / she will not claim from INFINITY TOURS. 

 

****Kindly note if the VISA gets rejected for the first time and if the VISA has to be reapplied then the Guest must pay the additional VISA charge **** 

 

RESCHEDULE / DATE CHANGE / CANCELLATION FOR A TOUR

 In case a passenger / Guest wishes to amend the travel dates or tour program; the request for the same should come in writing and well in advance to the tour date. Amendment / cancellation charges will be applicable as per the cancellation policy. In case any Guest wants to add on additional days / sightseeing to their confirmed tour package, request for the same will also have to come in writing and additional charges for the same will be applicable. Charges will be shared by INFINITY TOURS Team. Additionalharges are to be borne by the Guest. Full payment for any amendment / cancellation should be borne by the Guest. Amendment / cancellation charges may vary depending on the airline/ hotel/ transport policies

 Guest must submit cancellation letter to INFINITY TOURS office address or by mail to the official E-mail ID. Apart from this any other sources of cancellation request will not be entertained. Partial/On tour cancellation to be given in writing to the Tour Manager. 

 

REFUNDS

1. Cancellation Policy:

Customers may cancel their bookings, subject to the following conditions: Cancellations made for certain days or more before the departure date as per the cancellation table, certain [%] refund on the total amount applicable.

 

2. Refund eligibility:

Refunds apply to eligible components of the travel package, which may include hotel bookings, flights, tours, and other services. Non-refundable items will be clearly identified during the booking process.

 

3. Non-Refundable Items:

Some items, services, or fees may be non-refundable. Please check the specific details provided during the booking process for clarification

 

4. Timeframe for Refund Requests:

Customers must submit refund requests beofore the departure date in writing or by mail. Requests received after the travel date may not be eligible for a refund.

 

5.Refund Processing Time:

Refunds will be processed within 15 to 30 business days from the date the refund request is approved. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

 

6. Cancellation Fees:

Cancellation fees may apply and will be deducted from the total refund amount. The specific fees are detailed in the booking confirmation and are based on the timing of the cancellation.

 

7.Special Circumstances:

In the event of force majeure events or circumstances beyond your control, please contact our customer support for assistance. Special considerations may be made on a case-by-case basis.

 

8.Refund Method: 

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used for the booking or to the bank account. If not feasible, alternative arrangements may be discussed with our customer support

 

9. Communication Process:

10. Changes and Modifications:

Changes to bookings, including modifications to travel dates or destinations, may be subject to additional fees. Please refer to our re-schedule policy for further details.

 

By making a reservation and completing an online payment, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this refund policy.

 

GENERAL TERMS

 

  • • Maximum 3 adults allowed per room, as a third person in a triple room all hotels provide extra roll-away beds and room size will be the same as the double room 
  • • Once the air ticket is issued, date/name change penalty will be applicable as per their policy 
  • • The rights to vary/amend/alter/withdraw any sightseeing or tour entirely with the company Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner are fixed with pre-set buffet menus and a-la carte is not possible 
  • • Any damage caused/missing item in the hotel rooms/coach during your stay, shall be borne by you 
  • • The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss of baggage, loss, injury, accident, death, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour  arrangements due to weather conditions, strikes, war, threat of war, quarantine or any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passengers only.
  •  • The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in schedules of train, hotel, bus etc. under unavoidable circumstances 
  • • The tour manager and the driver will do their best to get you as close to the sightseeing place as much as possible subject to road conditions and vehicle restrictions 
    • • If any certain attractions, sites, monuments, museums etc. are closed on any particular day then Tour Manager reserves the right to amend the Itinerary or cancel the visit of any particular      place 
  • • Standard Check-In time at the Hotel is 14:00 to 15:00hrs - and Check-out time is 10:00 – 11:00hrs • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and the hotel might charge you extra for it • Children aged 12 years & above are considered as adult and full charges applicable 
  • • Refunds shall be processed within 20 Working days from the date of request receipt 
  • • If balance amount is not paid within the given time booking will be forfeited immediately 
  • • We do not recommend shopping at any place or particular shop it is completely your decision 
  • • Discount, rates, terms & conditions are always subject to change without prior notice 
  • • Visa is subject to Consulate decision and we do not take any guarantee for the same
