Payment Policy

REFUND POLICY

All the refunds will be processed in the form of A/c payee cheque/Bank Transfer/Future credit note option only. Credit note given must be utilized within the specified period of time and cannot be partially redeemed. If done so, then the remaining amount will be forfeited.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All Guests/passengers travelling with INFINITY TOURS Holiday tour must be in possession of a valid passport with a visa. Guest shall personally ensure that the VISA form(s) are duly filled & signed and verified by the passenger personally, to their own satisfaction, before it is submitted to the consulate/Embassy. However, kindly note that it is entirely up to the discretion of the Embassy/Consulate/Authorities to grant or reject the VISA even after submitting all the necessary relevant documents. INFINITY TOURS is not liable for such cases or has no influence on the consulate/embassy's decision. The role of INFINITY TOURS is only to provide necessary guidance to the Guest for applying for a visa. INFINITY TOURS will not be responsible for the non-issuance of a visa due to the receipt of incomplete/delayed documents from the Guests. There is a possibility that the Consulate/Authorities may ask the passengers to appear for a personal interview. Expenses to reach the respective consulate/embassy are to be borne by the Guest. This is at the sole discretion of the Consulate/Authorities. If the required documents are not submitted by the Guest, the issuance of a visa will further be delayed/rejected, and the Guest will not hold INFINITY TOURS liable for the same. The guest should adhere to all the norms and conditions laid by the consulate/embassy. Upon rejection of the visa, if the Guest wishes to reapply for the VISA, he/she is liable to pay the requisite fee to the consulate, and he/she will not claim from INFINITY TOURS.

****Kindly note if the VISA gets rejected for the first time, and if the VISA has to be reapplied, then the Guest must pay the additional VISA charge ****

RESCHEDULE / DATE CHANGE / CANCELLATION FOR A TOUR

In case a passenger/guest wishes to amend the travel dates or tour program, the request for the same should come in writing and well in advance of the tour date. Amendment/cancellation charges will be applicable as per the cancellation policy. In case any Guest wants to add on additional days/sightseeing to their confirmed tour package, a request for the same will also have to come in writing, and additional charges for the same will be applicable. Charges will be shared by the INFINITY TOURS Team. Additional charges are to be borne by the Guest. Full payment for any amendment/cancellation should be borne by the Guest. Amendment/cancellation charges may vary depending on the airline/hotel/transport policies.

CANCELLATION CHARGES

*Above cancellation charges will apply to the Tour Price excluding the discount.

Guest must submit a cancellation letter to the INFINITY TOURS office address or by mail to the official email ID. Apart from this, any other sources of cancellation requests will not be entertained. Partial/On tour cancellation to be given in writing to the Tour Manager.

PAYMENT TERMS

• Maximum 3 adults allowed per room, as a third person in a triple room, all hotels provide extra roll-away beds, and the room size will be the same as the double room.
• Once the air ticket is issued, the date/name change penalty will be applicable as per their policy.
• Any damage caused/missing items in the hotel rooms/coach during your stay shall be borne by you.
• Children aged 12 years & above are considered as adult and full charges are applicable.
• Refunds shall be processed within 20 Working days from the date of receipt.
• If the balance amount is not paid within the given time booking will be forfeited immediately.
• Discounts, rates, terms & conditions are always subject to change without prior notice.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• All payments must be made in accordance with the terms and conditions of the booking.
• INFINITY TOURS reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in the schedules of train, airplane, bus, ship, or other services.
• The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss of baggage, loss, injury, accident, death, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangements due to weather conditions, strikes, war, threat of war, quarantine or any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passengers only.
• The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in the schedules of train, hotel, bus, etc., under unavoidable circumstances.
• We do not recommend shopping at any particular place or particular shop; it is completely your decision.
• Visa is subject to Consulate's decision, and we do not take any guarantee for the same.
